TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these terms carefully as they form part of our agreement with you.
Tailored Pest Control Limited is a registered company in England & Wales with company number 11075267. Our registered office is The Pinnacle, 170 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England, MK9 1BP.
- If you cancel within 7 days of booking, and no visit or treatment has been carried out you may request a full refund, (if payment made)
- Should you cancel your pest control request 7 days or more after booking, no refund will be made (if payment made)
- We reserve the right not to carry out treatment. In these cases any fee that has been paid may qualify for a refund.
- AM appointments – a pest control officer will attend between 9am and 12 noon. An adult over 18 must be in your property to receive them.
- PM appointments – a pest control officer will attend between 12 noon and 4.30pm. An adult over 18 must be in your property to receive them.
- If we cannot attend due to bad weather, staff sickness or travel problems and we cannot offer a suitable new appointment within 5 working days or your original appointment, a full refund will be offered.
- If you wish to rearrange your appointment you must give us three days’ notice.
- You must comply with any safety instructions given to you.
- Photographs will be used for the reports.
- Photographs maybe used for social media.
- Any appointment slot offered at booking is only provisional and is subject to change when booked with our pest control officers.
- Contracted work will be invoiced quarterly unless confirmed otherwise.
- An email address must be provided for reports and communication to be sent to.
- All reports must be printed or kept on computer for future references.
- Payment due within 10 days of invoice date, late payment may result in 10% increase payment.
